Red Robin 7in Oval Ribbon Decoupage Topper SheetCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8x8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I added some tiny gold gems to the centres of the flowers.

The insert has been left blank with punched fancy corners so that my customer can write their own message.
