Red If Friends Were - 7in Ornate Lace Tag TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed the sheet out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold matt card & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP insert used as a backing paper.

I matted the panel onto gold matt card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the base image.

I added a Tassel & used the 2 decoupage tassels as embellishments. I used Tropical Tangerine & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle.
