I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to blue card, then on to a 13.5cms card. Layered all elements. Added a bow and a ribbon rose. A greeting can be added when required. A very cute and pretty design to suit a variety of occasions.
NB: If you purchase this finished item, price is for a 13.5 cms card.
