Puppies for Christmas Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Denise Mynard

I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the topper onto a scalloped card blank and build up the decoupage using glue gel. I decorated the card with gems and glitter.

This was a very simple card to make and looks lovely when made up.
