Pink Roses Happy Birthday 7in Double Diamond TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto a Square doily then onto gold matt card, I added a feather & used foam tabs to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.

I decoupaged the panel & layers with foam tabs & 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer.

I embellished with 4 hand-crafted card candi, 2 resin corners & a die cut swirl.
