Peacock Wild Rose Birthdaywishes 7in Circle Decoupage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto photo paper & made a round easel card base. I covered the base & upright in a suitable backing paper & matted the base image onto silver glitter card & added 2 feathers to the card base.

I mounted the image to the card base with foam tape & used 3D glue gel to decoupaged the layers on the flowers.

I inked the greeting to match the feathers & used the bow to make a stop for the easel.
