Printed onto gloss photo paper. I cut out the elements and used DST to attach topper to a yellow matt and then onto an 8 inch scalloped card.

I used foam pads to add decoupage . I used gold glitter into the middle of the flowers.

I think I started feeling" dotty" and stuck 3 different sized yellow gems to each corner. A lovely design which is easy to make up.
