Olive Deco Perfume Celebrate in Style 7in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Female Accessories
Printed onto Gloss Photo paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the Topper to a white card. Used foam pads to build up the Decoupage. I used Rainbow Glitter on aspects of the design. I finished with a green gem on the Bow on the Bottle.
A really elegant design and makes up well.
