Lilac Rose Special Day 7in Circle Decoupage TopperCompleted by Brenda L Carmichael
OccasionBirthday / Birthday Floral
Printed on glossy photo paper, embellished edge with glitter then backed onto solid coloured card stock to create the balloon shape for the beautiful bow and charm.

A lovely design to let your imagination soar.
