Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and decoupage. Place topper onto a 7 x 7 scalloped card and then built up the decoupage with foam pads. Added a gold border around the outside edge and then placed gemstone beads on th bubbles on the border.

Ooh and then placed google eyes.
