Dteal Rose Best Wishes 7in Circle Decoupage TopperCompleted by Hazel Sumner
OccasionFloral / Floral Roses
The design was printed onto 160 gm card and the pieces cut out. I chose a fairly deep colour for a background to show off the design and mounted this onto a scallop-edged card blank using dst. The main circular piece was layered using 1mm foam pads and I used 2mm foam pads for the other layers.
I think this is quite a subtle design - beautiful.
