Dblue Rose Just a Note Fancy 7in Decoupage Topper

I have designed this very pretty 7in topper with decoupage layers to make a gorgeous card front.

It is very easy to use, simply cut out the picture layer and attach to your 7in card base, then cut out the layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue, attach to your card.

Lots of different sentiments to available as well as other colourways and matching envelopes are also available. Envelopes to match start at cup594661_10 for plain envelopes or cup594693_10 for Rose envelopes, matching inserts at cup594640_10
