Printed this wonderful sheet out on heavy matte photo paper. Cut out all the pieces and inked all the edges with black ink put a layer of foam tape on the center image of the topper.
Then I added dressmaker pins that I had colored the head of with black sharpie to line up with the printed images on the topper.
Then I added the decoupage pieces. I used black heart bling for the noses and then added little red gym eyes to the moths in the corner and orange to the candle flame.
I use double stick tape to mount this onto a creepy card base.
I have not added a greeting at the top yet. This is a very fun design that could be used for a birthday Halloween or just because!
