Printed this cutie out on heavy matTe photo paper. Cut out all the pieces and inked the edges. attached the topper with double stick tape to my card base.

Use foam sticky pad to add the decoupage to the center.

Use double layer of the sticky foam pads to do the four corners and the little sign. I have not added a greeting yet to the top. I added a little skeleton charm to her hand, this is a very fun design that could be used for birthday Halloween.
