I cut a base card on my Cricut (scalloped edge) to back up this beautiful graphic. I made a couple copies of the main sheet, so I could use the leaves for decoupage as well.
I then proceeded to cut out all of the decoupage items and raise them with pop dots. For bling, I added gold gems to the center of the turquoise flowers. This is a beautiful card when made up.
