Cream Art Deco Perfume 16th Birthday 7in Decoupage Topper

I down sized this design to 4ins square.

I printed the design sheets and the backing sheet and the cut out sheet on 100gms paper then I laminated the sheets.

I placed the beige lace backing sheet onto a cream card with DS tape then I add the base of the design sheet with DS foam Tape. I then cut out all the cut outs fixed the foam tape and stacked them on top of the main design and added the cut outs from a separate sheet of cut outs and placed them into 3 corners of the card

with a tag on the last corner.

This card comes with an insert for birthday and white envelope and put into a poly bag .
