Chloe with Her Balloon 7x7 Card Front Wtih DecoupageCompleted by Joan Prince

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.

I placed the Happy Birthday sentiment on the bottom of the card and I then added a matching paper bow (cup548819_2013) and some gems to finish.

The insert reads With Love & Best Wishes. Should you wish a personal message typed on the insert or a name placed onto the blank sentiment tag, please contact me with your details.
