Cerise Rose Belated Birthday 7in Circle Decoupage TopperCompleted by Pauline Inglis

This is a lovely Birthday card I cut out the elements and added foam tape to the roses and butterfly shaping for a 3d effect I used A4 white card to make a 7inch circular card blank and added the topper to the front this is a very pretty card and very easy to put together.I also added the bow with the heart on the top using foam pads to shape.
