Cardtopper Blue Rose 238Completed by Heather Beechey

A lovely design with a slightly 'shabby chic' look. Printed onto 250gsm white card, then cut out all the elements. Assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads, then attached the topper to a coordinating blue/green 8" square card.

Addes some glitter glue to the butterflies, the centre of the flowers and on the blue glitter bits scattered around the topper.

Quick, easy card suitable for a number of occasions
