I have designed this topper to look fantastic and be quick n' easy. It has been designed ti fit a 7in card and you simply cut out the main image and attach to your card, then cut out and add the decoupage pieces using 3Dfoam or silicone.
A very fancy design that will look fabulous in a flash.

I printed on to matte photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to gold mirror card, then on to a card covered in embossed card. Layered the corners using foam pads in the centre only and shaping the flowers for dimension. Added gems and glitter. A gorgeous design.
NB: If you purchase this finished item, price is for a 13.5cms card.
