Blue Magnolia If Friends Fancy 7in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out 2 of the sheets onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto silver mirror card, then added a square doily & a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in one of AMV's own backing papers.

I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel & used a die cut swirl to embellish. I used Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer.
