I copied this design to glossy photo paper and cut out all the elements. Matted to cream scalloped card stock using wet glue. Added a backboard quote from my kit and a date to add onto a tag with a star brad. Used green and red self stick gems down one side.

A vibrant design allowing the crafter to add a picture or a quote of their choice.
