Printed onto Photo paper. After cutting out the elements, I used DST to attach the topper to a Silver sheen card. Used foam pads to attach decoupage. To finish I stuck a silver bow on each of the two top corners.
I used rainbow glitter on the bottom of the stand, and a little on the bodice. An elegant design.
