Black Dotty Fmk Time Goes 7in Time Flower Decoupage TopperCompleted by Katie Silver

I printed the sheet onto A5 matte photo paper because I wanted a smaller card. I cut out the pieces and mounted the base image onto a 14.5cm.sq. card adding the layers using sticky pads.
I completed the card with gold peel off corners and embellishments.
This is a very elegant card.
