Beautiful Blue

I printed this design onto photo paper and cut out the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my card, then cut around so the card is the same shape as the design, I then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads and finished my card by adding some clear glitter around the petals on the rose, this is a beautiful design, very effective card when made up
