7x7 Whimsical Birthday Completed by Jennie Settle

Printed onto matte photo paper 190gsm. Cut out topper and elements. Using an 8 x 8 scalloped card put topper on using DST. Then added decoupage using foam pads and then put a row of gemstones around the outside edge and a gold border around the inner edge.

Added more gemstones to topper and decoupage. A beautiful card, easy to make and makes you smile when you look at it.
