Printed this design out on matted photo paper and cut out. Used Touch of Luna clear to add shimmer accents. used foam sticky pads for decoupage and mounted topper to black chunky glitter lace fabric using DST.

Used DST to attach to a red card base.

Beautiful design that makes up very quickly.
