7 X 7 Steam Train Topper - Light Blue
The kit includes a 7 X 7 Steam Train Topper and 6 labels. One label is blank so you can use any saying you would like for your card.
The sayings on the other 5 labels are: Happy Birthday, Thinking Of You, To A Great Son, To A Great Dad and Congratulations.
It's very quick and easy to make and can by used for many different occasions like Birthdays, Father's Day or Retirement.

I have used this blue train image as a general male card and stayed with the tones as the design suggests.
I made 2 copies on the same A4 white 2oogsm card and used one main image as the main backing sheet.
I have also made a third 80gsm white paper copy. I used D.S. tape to attach the main image from one copy of the sheet to the 220gsm black 13cm square backing sheet, then this black backing sheet onto the matching blue 14cm square backing sheet.
I have attached the decorative silver peel off strip to the blue backing sheet, and the fine line peel off silver strip to the outer edge of the main image.
I have then used 2 lengths of ribbon together to attach across the front 4cm up from the bottom edge of the blue backing sheet and then secured both tails around at the back of the blue backing sheet.
I then attached this topper to the front of the main card using D.S. tape. The main card is the same black card used for the backing sheet and is cut at 29.75x15cm, then scored and folded before attaching the topper.
I have used the second copy of the sheet provided to cut out the very central smaller image and used the lighter weight copy to cut out the blue framed image from the main larger frame, retaining the outer frame to use as part of the insert.
I attached both of these elements using padded D.S. tape and then used silver fine line peel off strips along the white, very edge of the smallest image.
I have backed the sentiment with a rusty red to match the front of the engine.
I have used one of the left over frames as part of the insert on one side and a small image of the engine on the left hand side of a white insert cut to size with the verse, chosen from the free verse for males section.
