I printed the sheet out on MattE photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I mounted the topper onto a black card stock mat with double stick tape and then use double stick tape to attach it to a cream colored card base.

I use foam sticky pads to attach the decoupage pieces. This is a fun card that is very fast to make up and I’m sure will be appreciated by the recipient.
