I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted it onto gold holographic card and used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card I'd covered with a CUP backing paper I'd made from a vault item i altered to suit my purpose.

I decoupaged the layer with foam pads and added a printed greeting and used stickles glitter glue on the hat.
