A great design
I printed the image on Matt photo paper and cut out the elements
I added the Topper to the card base with double sided tape and mounted the layer's using foam pads and finished with my choice of sentiment
Thank you for a great design x

This is a 3D topper for a Birthday card. It has a sea backing with boats. A lovely calm setting. Ready to decoupage. Thank you for looking.
