New Year WreathCompleted by Chell Sharpe

I printed out the sheet onto matt card and matted it onto gold mirror card and used foam tape to mount it to the base card.

I decoupaged the layers with foam pads and embellished with a printed greeting, decoupaged gift boxes a gem and stickles glitter glue for sparkle.
