This is a 3d topper for Christmas. It has a lovely lace background with a cat wearing a hat in an ornate frame finished with floral embellishments,ready to decoupage.

I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 7 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the front of the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added some glitter to the fur on the hat to complete this beautiful card.
