This was printed at full size onto 100gsm paper. I attached the base layer onto a blue pearlescent 6x6 inch (15x15cms) card using tacky glue. All the decoupage was built up using 1mm foam pads and the sentiment. I then used Sparkling Ice glitter glue to accent some areas.
