Well, I cut out all of the tea bag squares and the large square as well as the sentiment. I matted the large square on red, white and finally navy. I made up the teabag and attached it to the large square with popdots.

I threaded some white ribbon through navy blue (holes are punched) and backed it by a thin edge of white.

Then, I added red/blue bow and the sentiment with a pearl. I added a tad of glitter on some of the red portion of big square and finally a red pom pom in middle of completed teabag medallion.
