I cut out the scalloped motif from the card front and layered it onto a pink dotted swiss embossed card with the white, embossed "Happy Birthday" piece.

Glued on the folded embellishment with glue lines, then punched out little flowers from the extra tiles, glued them on and added rhinestone centers.

Too cute :-)
