I printed the designer tea bag tile card on photo paper. I normally print the tiles on plain paper but this time I used them in the photo paper for my fan design.

I cut out the pieces and put card topper on a blue background to match the topper.

I made the folds I wanted to make my fan. I cut out the center of one of the tea bag pieces to make the bottom piece for the fan and took embroidery thread to make the tassel with.

I first glued the fan to a piece of paper to let it dry before placing it on the card so I could position it just where I wanted it.

I really like this - the colors just seemed to lend themselves to this design. I am using a quality craft glue for my gluing needs most of the time now.
