I printed this sheet onto paper, I layered the bear onto brown card and added some gold line stickers. I attached my teabag medallion to a brown die cut circle with a gem brad..
Onto a green card I added the ribbon border, then put some gold lines either side of it. I added my Bear and medallion onto the card, lastly I put my sentiment onto a piece of brown card added some gold lines stickers and added it to my card with d/s foam tape
