I printed this onto good quality card once and lighter card once. I made the tea bag in the simple style, as shown, from the light card and used the heavier card for the rest of the tea bag elements.
I then made a backing sheet in the same shade as the sentiment 12.2 cm x 12.2 cm allowing 0.2 to show on all sides.I used the heavier card for the main topper and the lighter card for the decoupage.
I cut out the bureau and the doorway and used tiny D.S Foam dots to attach them to the topper.
Then step by step and using size suitable D.S. foam squares and dots I decoupaged the shy bride.
I used all the elements cut from both papers to add the generous embellishments supplied. I added a pearl to the gown,and the main finished tea bag. Until I know who will be the receiver, I have left the sentiment blank and not added any extra embellishments.
I made a backing sheet in a camel lace print. 19 x 19 cm and backed it with the same burgundy as before, 19.5 x 19.5 cm, I used a taupe textured card 39 x 21 cm, attached the backing sheets and paper ribbon strips, before using D.S. foam strips to attach the topper and the tea bag decorations.
I added a peel off pearl to the gown and to the tea bag. I used the camel lace print for the insert. It sounds like a lot of work but following the photo supplied you can do as much or as little as you prefer.
Even separate the two and make 2 cards. If time allows you can always go all out to impress. I have today added a card front image I have just completed. It is made as a congratulatory greeting to celebrate graduation from school and also celebrating the school formal. Pamela Horton. The Whispering Platypus.
