I printed this sheet onto paper. I adhered the base onto dark green card and put some gold peeloff sticker around the edges.

I added some green peeloff stickes to the card front, added my teabag medallion, then stamped thank you on the sentiment rectangle and added it to the card and put some green stickers around the edge.
