The main topper was attached to a white 8 x 8 card, then the sentiment was mounted on to silver mirri and attached using foam pads.

The tea bag tiles were folded to make up three part medallions and these were attached down the side of the main topper and finished off with some medium sized pearls.

I then added a co-ordinating ribbon and some small and large pearls to the card to finish.
