Divided the sheet in my photo program, then printed two copies of the topper on matte photo paper, and a copy of the tiles on plain paper.
Attached a topper to a kraft card, then cut out the picture portion from the second one and attached the frame dimensionally with silicone gel.
I also cut the birds, the Christmas tree and rabbit, the squirrel and the front-most pot on the shelf from the second sheet and added them with silicone gel.
I used a CUP tutorial (search Tutorials) to make the teabag-folded element and glued it in place, adding a diecut glittered star to the center.
