This great topper was layered on to silver mirri, then on to a blue mirri square card. The decoupage layers were shaped and added using pinflair glue.
I then made up the tea bag papers in to a medallion and added it to the card using double sided tape, I finished off by adding a clear gem to the centre using pinflair glue.
