I printed the page onto card then cut out all of the elements. I used the craftsuprint tutorials section to find instructions for folding the tea bag papers then constructed the flower rosette.
I glued it to the image then mounted the finished sheet on to a blank card.
As a finishing touch I added an adhesive pearl to the centre of the rosette.
