Here is a wonderful topper featuring a pretty bouquet of flowers, the larger of which can be filled with your tea bag folded creation, or left as it is.
There's a lot of opportunity for creativity with this one, such as glitter, etc..
There are several sentiment choices for this design. Enjoy!

Printed two copies of the card on matte photo paper, reducing the size a bit, and printed the tiles on lightweight paper.
I punched a stitched border onto two edges of a white card, then backed the inside with navy blue cardstock, to show through the "stitches".
I mounted the base image onto the same blue stock, then layered it onto the card with DST. I glued on some trim with strips of the blue paper and the pink from the long edges of my second copy of the card.
I cut out the flowers from the second copy and layered them with thick foam pads-also the sentiment, then made my medallion and attached it with strong DST.
Great design!
