I made a tri fold card and used a coordinating backing paper to cover the panels and edged the folds with holographic gold peel offs.

The medallion was mounted on to gold mirri then added to the lower front section and the three tea bag paper folded medallions were added to the top edge of the three folds and a gem was added to the centre of each, then three litte gem erflies were added to the front to finish.
