Happy Birthday, Get Well Soon
This is a teabag sheet. I have included nine 2 inch teabag squares for folding. And a topper square that is 51/2 inches square. There are two sentiments included one for Happy Birthday and another for Get Well Soon.

I printed out onto good quality paper and cut out the squares. I mounted the base onto a square card front using double sided tape, trimmed it in a decorative gold peeloff.
The squares I teabag folded and made up the medallion, using glue and double sided tape.
I added it to the topper with double sided tape. Then added a gem to the centre using glue. I added the butterfly gems and then added the sentiment using foam pads.
