I resized the pattern to fit my 12.5cm square base card. I pricked the pattern then made the design using DMC variegated orange thread, seed beads and bugle beads. The pattern is quite quick to make up as, once you have stitched one heart, you have the pattern for the whole card.

I finished with some 3mm satin ribbon and some punched hearts - both attached using double sided tape.
