I pasted some blue holographic paper to thin card & stitched the design on this using DMC irridescent white.I cut an octagonal shape aroung the stitching & pasted onto light blue card that I had punched along the sides.I put more of the
holographic blue paper behind the punched areas & put onto white card adding the 3 stars & writing.
