Printed a sheet of contrasting paper and matted the main sheet on it. Added the decoupage and used a quickie glue pen to highlight the folds in the dress, the bird and the text and sprinkled with glamour dust.
Gems were then added to the flowered edging of the dress and the centre of the flower
